Application forms are available at all Cable & Wireless Customer
Service Outlets, Kingstown, Bequia, Canouan and Union. All applicants
will be asked to produce a picture ID. Cable & Wireless prospective
customers must complete, sign and submit the Application for Service
form to a Customer Service Center. Copy of Trade & Business licenses
must be produced for Sole Traders with the application.
